This open neck vest has a zipper front opening. This is a cropped vest and can be used under protective gear or a uniform. In order to reduce weight of the vest the cooling fabric is placed over the chest area and down the center back, while the rest of the vest is manufactured from heavy-duty nylon.  The back of this vest has a strip of Velcro to facilitate the attachment of patches.
